Bellevue University Spring Book Forum

The One Book One University Committee is excited to present this year’s spring book forum to Bellevue University faculty and staff on Thursday, April 24, 2014 in ESB 4103 from 3:00 - 4:30 PM.

Come join One Book One University to discuss Agatha Christie’s best-selling novel
And Then There Were None

According to Isaac Anderson’s New York Times book review, of 1940, which detailed the set-up of the plot up to the point where “the voice” accuses the ten “guests” of their past crimes or sins, which have all resulted in the deaths of other human beings, and then said, “When you read what happens after that you will not believe it, but you will keep on reading, and as one incredible event is followed by another even more incredible you will still keep on reading.  The whole thing is utterly impossible and utterly fascinating.  It is the most baffling mystery that Agatha Christie has ever written.”

To participate please send $5.00 (no checks please) to Lorraine Patrick in the Library on or before March 14. 2014.  Books will be ordered Monday, March 17 and will be distributed as soon as they arrive to interested participants.  The cost includes your own personal copy of the book and tasty refreshments.  See you there!!
